A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a B.A. Degree, Pamm began her mortgage career of over thirty years as the owner and manager of a mortgage brokerage firm, Airlie Mortgage. After fifteen years, she sold the company to a bank and created a mortgage division within the bank’s footprint. Subsequently she worked for other banks creating and running their mortgage divisions, eventually landing with Independent Mortgage Banks that allowed more creativity and offered more for her clients.

Pamm is an avid reader and enjoys walking and spending time with her husband, their three sons and two grandchildren, Eli and Mary-Marshall.
